We aim to reply within two working days. Tell us your device and iOS version, and what you were doing.

What can Local Inspect actually do?

Open a live URL or a local project folder and inspect it: read the DOM and matched CSS, watch the console, list network requests, browse resources and storage, and check performance, all on iPhone or iPad, with no Mac or desktop needed.

Do the pages I open leave my device?

No. Pages, CSS and project files are processed on your device. The only time page content is sent anywhere is when you turn on the AI assistant and ask it something, and then it goes straight to your chosen provider. See the privacy policy for detail.

Which AI providers can I use, and where do my keys go?

You can use Claude, OpenAI or Gemini with your own API key. Keys are stored in the iOS Keychain and are sent only to their matching provider, never to us. The assistant is off until you turn it on and add a key, and the browser and inspector work fully without it.

What is free, and what needs Pro?

The element inspector, console, source view and AI chat about elements and pages are free, along with opening a project folder as a static preview. Pro is a one-time unlock that adds a real local server, the accurate Network panel and throttling, project-wide AI Q&A, one-tap audit fixes, HAR and report exports, and saved snippets.

Why does the local server need Pro?

The free tier opens a project folder as a static file:// preview, so external CSS, modules and same-origin requests are limited. Pro hosts the folder over http with a real origin, so ES modules, routing and same-origin fetch behave the way they will on the web.

How do refunds work?

The Pro unlock is sold through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com or your purchase history. If something is broken, email support first and we will try to fix it faster than a refund round-trip.

Which devices are supported?

Local Inspect is a native app for iPhone and iPad. Keep the app updated for the latest fixes and panels.
